Business Development -Financial Managers

Job Summary

The manager must demonstrate strong ability to generate new business leads and possess the good technical and professional competency in identifying the areas of risk and opportunities to improve business processes. 

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for new business development and increases the portfolio of customers.

  • Developing effective solutions.

  • Effectively preparing and reviewing project deliverables.

  • Communicating effectively with the client as well and escalating issues timely.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned project phases.

  • Developing and maintaining effective client relationships and keeping track of opportunities for new works.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extremely high understanding and considerable experience of the financial regulatory framework.

  • Experience Developing risk-based frameworks, policies, procedures and checklists that promote best practice above minimum regulatory standards.

  • In-depth experience of one or more segments of the Financial Services Market and a deep knowledge and understanding of the organisations and individuals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Demonstrate a highly professional approach to the work environment.

About you

We’re looking people with the following experience :

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance or Business Related Field) required.

  • Preferably 5-6 years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry.

  • Professional Certification such as CPA, CFA is strongly preferred.

  • Strongly preferred with 1-2 years working experiences in 'Big-4'.

  • Deep experience auditing financial services companies and banking institutions in particular.

  • Strong business acumen and proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio
